"I called Fisherman’s Hardware today looking for parts for my Shimano Tranx 301, and they were extremely helpful. The parts for these reels can be pretty complicated to find online because there are different parts for different years and versions.
He took the time to figure out exactly which parts I needed for my specific Tranx 301 and ordered all of them for me. I really appreciate the time and knowledge he put into helping me, especially since I was having a hard time finding the correct parts online.
